We are proud to announce that we have been awarded 2 Star Certification as part of the Game Changer Club Development Program. This star represents our commitment to improve the experience of women and girls in Football on and off the field! We currently have approximately 115 female players at the club from our U7s to U16s as well as 3 Female Coaches, female committee members and volunteers who have played a vital part in growing the girl’s game. Game Changer is Football Australia’s Club Development Program which aims to protect and enhance our clubs, make them stronger and more resilient, lead them in building welcoming and inclusive cultures, and educate them on positive environments for players, coaches, volunteers, and officials while planning for long term viability and success.
Female Program
Our female programme stands along side the boys programme with full integration of the Southampton FC development curriculum. Our aim is to give our players, the absolute best environment to learn, prosper and develop to achieve their true potential! The development of female football in our community gives us an opportunity to learn amazing new skills, strive for excellence and most importantly have fun!
